TIME Magazine to Allow Users to Connect ETH Wallets and Buy Exclusive NFTs

The almost century old U.S. based TIME magazine has become quite fond of crypto, and is now set to allow readers to connect their wallets in order to purchase TIMEPieces – unique NFTs created by the TIME community.

TIME’s current NFT drop ‘Long Neckie Women,’ by 12-year old digital artist Nyla Hayes, features 1,000 artworks depicting 100 women of the year. Each NFT costs 0.125 ETH, and the pieces are also being made available on the OpenSea secondary market.

The NFT collection of 100 women of the year contains portraits of the world’s most influential and inspiring women, including Coco Chanel, Amelia Earhart, Anna May Wong, Eva Perón, Frida Kahlo, Billie Holiday, China Machado, Dolores Huerta, Gloria Steinem, Indira Gandhi, Tu Youyou, Diana, Princess of Wales, Madonna, Toni Morrison, Michelle Obama, Malala Yousafzai, Pussy Riot, and Beyoncé.

Each TIMEPiece has utility features and provides access to virtual and live events by TIME, and unlimited access to TIME.com, providing further access to airdrops, and more.
