    • The NFTs will be minted at Kinetica: The Crypto.com NFT Gallery.
    • F1 fans can win limited-edition and commemorative NFTs

Crypto.com, the world’s leading cryptocurrency platform, will be pioneering the first-ever NFT collection produced in real-time by the speed, data, and sound of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.

Through this collection, enthusiasts will have the opportunity to witness extraordinary “visual expressions capturing the kinetic energy released by each of the 57 race laps.” This event also follows the announcement of Crypto.com as the official title sponsor for the newest F1 event over a partnership of nine years.

In detail, data from sensors scattered along the track will be blended with F1 race data to produce one-of-a-kind generative art. This will then be minted as NFTs at Kinetica: The Crypto.com NFT Gallery at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix Race Day on May 8, 2022.

What’s more, by simply creating a Crypto.com NFT account and registering at crypto.com/miami, F1 fans stand the chance to win one of the 57 limited-edition race NFTs to be given away. In addition, each successful submission will get a commemorative NFT unique to both onsite and offsite submissions.

The deadline for submission is May 8, 2022, at 11:59 PM EDT. Meanwhile, the limited-edition and commemorative NFTs minted during the race will be awarded within a week after the race.

Furthermore, the crypto platform took to Twitter (NYSE:) with its enthusiasm for the upcoming NFT drop. It posted a 22-second preview of the event—which at this point, has almost reached 30k views.

That said, even Crypto.com Co-Founder and CEO Kris Marszalek shared his excitement about the event:

Providing unique and innovative ways to engage with Web3 technology is core to what we do at Crypto.com. Our activation at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is truly groundbreaking in bringing the technology, engineering, and experience of the race to life by creating unique NFTs from data and energy sources in real-time. We are so excited to give fans and NFT enthusiasts the opportunity to win a most unique piece of art, sport, and technology history.

In other details, the event also invited eight local artists who were each given a section of the track to serve as inspiration for an original art piece. These pieces will then be displayed at Kinetica: The Crypto.com NFT Gallery from May 6 to 8, 2022.
