The NSE Nifty index was trading 59.75 points up at 17441.75, while BSE Sensex was up 252.26 points at 58551.06 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index,
.(up 2.53 per cent), .(up 1.81 per cent), .(up 1.77 per cent), .(up 1.22 per cent) and Wipro Ltd.(up 1.18 per cent) were among the top gainers.
