(Reuters) -New York Attorney General Letitia James on Thursday sued cryptocurrency firms Gemini, Genesis Global and Digital Currency Group for allegedly “defrauding” investors of more than $1 billion.

An investigation by the Office of the Attorney General had found Gemini “lied” about an investment program it ran with Genesis, James alleged.
